I offer premarital counseling for couples who seek to lay a solid foundation for their relationship. We will work on understanding attachment styles, effective communication, expectations, strength areas and areas of growth. I am certified in Prepare-Enrich, an evidence-based premarital and marital assessment tool utilized to help couples foster healthy relationships.
